Overview

useHubTools (usehubtools.com) provides free utility tools. This policy explains what data we handle and how. No account is required to use the tools.

In-browser processing

The tools process your files (images, photos, text) locally in your browser. Those files are not uploaded to our servers. When you generate a shareable link, the data is encoded in the link itself.

Cookies and ads

We use Google AdSense to display ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this and other websites.

Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your browsing. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google’s Ads Settings.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used (pages visited, clicks, browsing time) and to improve the experience. Clarity may also record browsing sessions and generate heatmaps; form fields are automatically masked in those recordings. This data is handled in aggregate and does not personally identify you.

Your rights

We respect applicable data protection laws, such as the GDPR and Brazil’s LGPD. Since the tools process data in your browser and we do not collect personal data to run them, we do not process your sensitive data. Advertising cookies (Google AdSense) and our analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) may collect identifiers and browsing data — you can manage consent and opt out of personalized ads at any time in Google’s Ads Settings.
